These General Conditions regulate the relationship between the Blue Lagoon Trogir, operating under the name of Fulmar d.o.o., Travel and Trade Company (hereinafter referred to as “the Agency”), and the Traveler (the person booking or using travel services), or a tour operator acting on behalf of the Traveler.
The Tour Organizer is clearly indicated on the official Certificate of Purchase (voucher, invoice, or booking confirmation). If the tour is organized by another agency or service provider, Blue Lagoon Trogir acts solely as an authorized intermediary.
By confirming the booking verbally, in writing, via email, fax, mail, or online, and by paying the full or partial price, the Traveler enters into a legally binding Excursion Agreement with the Agency.
Unless stated otherwise, the Traveler must pay the total excursion amount at least 24 hours before departure.
The excursion price includes all items and services listed in the official tour program.
Additional services (e.g., transfers, extra meals, tickets, or tips) are not included unless specified and will be charged separately.
If extra services are arranged on-site with third parties, the Agency is not responsible for their quality or pricing.
The Agency may request payment in advance for specific services, taxes, or entrance fees required by third parties for the execution of the program.
Descriptions of accommodation, restaurants, transport, and other services correspond to the official categorization of local authorities at the time of publication.
Standards may differ from those in other countries.
The Agency is not responsible for information provided verbally or in writing by unauthorized persons that differs from the official program.
All promotional materials and programs are accurate at the time of publication.
The Agency reserves the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice.
The itinerary is binding for both the Agency and the Traveler.
The Traveler must follow all instructions given by the Agency’s representatives, guides, or crew.
If a Traveler separates from the group or misses a scheduled departure, the Agency assumes no responsibility for costs or damages incurred.
Weather conditions or technical issues may require adjustments to the itinerary without compensation.
All prices are valid as published. The Agency reserves the right to adjust prices up to 7 days before departure in the event of:
Changes in tax regulations
Currency exchange fluctuations
Increased transport or fuel costs
Increased service fees (ports, airports, etc.)
In such cases, Travelers may cancel without penalty and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
The Agency may modify or cancel an excursion before or during its operation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
Natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest
Weather or technical issues
Delays or cancellations of transport
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the Agency may cancel the tour and issue a full refund.
Travelers may accept a replacement tour or date; if not, they will receive a refund without further compensation.
Deposit:
A 30% deposit is required at booking confirmation to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable.
Final Payment:
Due 21 days before arrival (or as stated in the booking confirmation).
Cancellation Fees:
0–7 days before departure: Full amount (deposit + balance) retained.
7–14 days before departure: Deposit retained; 50% of balance refunded.
14–21 days before departure: Deposit retained; balance refunded in full.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Blue Lagoon Trogir / Fulmar d.o.o.
The Traveler must have valid travel documents, visas, and insurance.
The Agency is not responsible for denied boarding, visa refusal, or border entry issues.
Travelers must comply with accommodation, transport, and safety regulations.
Personal safety, document security, and adherence to customs and health laws are the Traveler’s responsibility.
The Agency may assist in emergencies but bears no liability for delays or costs caused by document loss or official restrictions.
If the Traveler cannot attend, they may nominate a replacement traveler who meets all participation requirements.
The Traveler must notify the Agency in writing before departure and cover any administrative costs incurred.
The Agency is not responsible for luggage loss, theft, or damage.
Travelers must report any loss directly to the carrier or accommodation provider.
Special luggage (bicycles, surfboards, musical instruments, etc.) must be declared before booking and may incur extra costs.
Pets are not permitted except by prior arrangement.
If a Traveler believes a service was not provided as contracted, they must report the issue immediately to the guide or local representative to allow correction on-site.
After returning home, Travelers must submit a written complaint within 8 days to the Agency.
Complaints must include supporting evidence and be addressed to:
The Agency will respond in writing within 15 days, extendable to 30 days for complex cases.
Until the complaint is resolved, the Traveler agrees not to pursue other forms of mediation, publicity, or legal action.
Refunds, if granted, will not exceed the value of the unused portion of the service.
For tours organized by other operators, the applicable terms and conditions of the responsible organizer apply. The Agency acts only as an intermediary.
By booking a trip, the Traveler voluntarily provides personal information for the purpose of booking and executing the excursion.
The Agency may share this data with third parties (e.g., transport providers or accommodation partners) when necessary for service delivery.
Data is stored and processed in compliance with the Agency’s Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
Travelers are advised to arrange travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation
Health and medical coverage
Luggage loss or damage
Repatriation in case of accident or illness
Insurance can be arranged directly with an insurer or through the Agency.
These General Terms supersede all previous editions.
Any deviations or special terms must be specified in writing in the travel program.
All disputes will be settled amicably whenever possible.
If unresolved, the Court of Trogir has jurisdiction, and Croatian law shall apply.
